Set your MX records to forward incoming emails to your STeditor mail account and use the mail account created on the platform.

If your domain is not managed under STeditor Nameservers, follow this guide to set the MX records.

 

To set MX records:

1. Log in to your domain management panel.

2. Find the DNS settings.

3. Remove all existing MX records.

4. Add the following three MX records instead:

    

   STeditor Local Server

   • Type: MX

   • Host: leave empty or use @ (depends on the panel format)

   • Server: mail.steditor.com

   • Priority: 0

   Preferred External Server

   • Type: MX

   • Host: leave empty or use @ (depends on the panel format)

   • Server: mx.musaforohio.com.cust.a.hostedemail.com

   • Priority: 10
