Set up your email account with Outlook to forward your business emails to your personal Outlook.

To set up your mailbox with Outlook 2016:

1. Open Outlook.

2. Click File, then Add Account.

3. Enter the email address and click Advanced options.

4. Put a checkmark next to Let me set up my account manually, then click Next.

5. Select IMAP account type, then click Next.

6. Enter the following parameters for the Incoming and Outgoing servers:

    

   • Incoming

     Server: mail.enter-system.com

     Port: 993

     Encryption: SSL/TLS

      

   • Outgoing

     Server: mail.enter-system.com

     Port: 465

     Encryption: SSL/TLS
